The Frankie Shop is currently seeking a Junior E-Merchandiser to support in developing their E-merchandising strategy, in particular the menswear category. You will report to the E-Merchandising Manager and work directly with the Ecom/digital team.
An interest in fashion and familiarity with The Frankie Shop will be helpful, but previous experience in E-Commerce and merchandising is essential.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Support in the merchandising of the product categories according to delivery plan, product publication flow, and marketing calendar
Maintenance and upkeep of website collections
Management of the product lifecycle and its visibility on-site
Management of cross-sells and product recommendations
Assist with setting and implementing the E-Merchandising calendar in line with TFS commercial objectives.
Proposal of editorial collections to highlight products/categories
Quality check of data being published
Regular checks of the website to support the e-commerce team, especially for new projects and launches
MENSWEAR
Animation of men’s product catalog
Implement the menswear merchandising calendar and update the websites accordingly.
Develop a menswear e-merchandising KPI framework and analyze the performance metrics
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who is innovative, solution-oriented, and customer-centric. As well as these key characteristics, this role requires some specific experience:
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a Digital / Merchandising fashion role
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Understanding of Shopify and GA4
- Familiarity with an e-merchandising software
