Small & Medium-sized Business - Inside Sales
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB) segment. This role blends visionary sales leadership with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making to fuel growth and streamline sales processes. You will oversee the recruitment, development, and motivation of a talented team of 30+ professionals, driving outstanding sales performance and business expansion.
The ideal candidate will be both a strong leader and a skilled analyst, capable of building and executing data-driven sales strategies while developing a high-performing team.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Leverage data analytics to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Build and maintain sales forecasting models
Conduct regular performance analysis to optimize sales funnel metrics
Design and implement A/B testing for sales approaches and messaging
Create detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to leadership
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our SMB market presence
Design and implement sales processes that optimize efficiency and conversion rates
Foster a high-performing culture through leading, coaching and mentoring
Set and track team and individual performance metrics
Business Development
Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within the SMB sector
Develop ideal customer profiles based on data analysis
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts and partners
You’d be our ideal candidate if you have :
10+ years of progressive sales experience, operating in a fast-paced environment and interacting with C-Levels and senior leadership, ideally in a SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong leadership skills and experience in driving teams of diverse individuals towards high performance -hitting and exceeding sales targets- based on respect and care
And experience with CRM systems and sales automation platforms
