We are looking for a dedicated Artist Care Representative with fluency in German to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to artists and ensure long-term artist satisfaction by reducing churn through proactive retention efforts and sales calls.
Your Main Responsabilities
Managing Artist Inquiries: You will manage a pipeline of support tickets (mail & calls) with a very diverse range of inquiries (managing their portfolios, pricing, and overall presence on Singulart).
Artist Retention & Long-term happiness: Make outbound calls to artists, build relationships, understand their needs, and encourage ongoing participation in the platform to reduce churn.
Participating in Artist Success Projects: You will contribute to projects to make artists happier and increase NPS.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams and share feedback to ensure a qualitative experience for artists and maximize their success on the platform.

Your background
Fluency in English and German are a must. French, Spanish, or Italian are a big plus
Studies in communication, business or similar
No knowledge in art required, but appreciated
