We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in EMEA.

As Account Executive, your missions will be :
Hunt into a triaged list of target accounts and engage all relevant stakeholders with CoderPad’s value proposition.
Identify, engage, pitch and negotiate with C-Level executives in an international context
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers
Collaborate with Marketing to detect new business opportunities with intent based tools
Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with customers;
Suggest new ideas to improve our product, process, workflows, based on customer feedback and strategic approach;
Achieve pre-defined outbound activity and pipeline metrics.

What profile are we looking for :
3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as Account Executive;
A hunter mindset & Entrepreneurial spirit!
Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions
French & English speaker
A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team;
Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo is a plus
