Facilities Manager

We are currently recruiting for our Facilities Manager role. Reporting to the Head of Operations this role is responsible for Strategic and operational aspects of the delivery of facilities and property services across the estate to provide a first-class experience in line with budgetary expectations. Ensure administrative functions are effectively managed/resourced with a focus on delivering process improvement, leveraging technology where possible.

This critical role will be a champion of continuous improvement, value effective collaboration with key stakeholders and embraces a rapid pace of change. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in our fantastic offices on the Olympic Park, Stratford (London) and 2 days at home. The standard hours are 5 days/week, 9am-17:30pm every day, with availability for emergencies (work mobile provided).

Opportunity is offered hybrid at our Stratford, London office.

Your role in our future

  • Strategic management of our property portfolio across DACHIT/UKI (8 properties)

  • Negotiating with all legal stakeholders for the management of our property leases

  • Manage assets, capital exp, and all budgetary requirements for our property portfolio

  • Ensure the safety and suitability of our employees working environment throughout the region

  • Lead the development and implementation of our facilities strategy to ensure effective utilisation of offices across the region

  • Maintaining high standards within our working environment, ensuring a top-class employee & visitor experience on all our sites

  • Manage planned & reactive maintenance and regulatory compliance across the facilities teams

  • Lead and develop the teams’ objectives and annual performance goals

  • Space planning and property opening/closures

  • Service Contract Portfolio

  • Effective management of our supplier service contract portfolio ensuring accurate and timely billing in line with contractual requirements

  • Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Management of our CSR statistics and forward planning to meet our CSR objectives

  • To create and maintain strong relationships across the region in order to work together with joined up processes driving continuous improvements

  • Management of relationships with key stakeholders (including suppliers) to ensure visitors/employees also have the best possible experience when coming to Neopost head office

  • Direct line management, training & development, performance management & appraisal, objective setting, motivation, positive engagement and discipline of the reception report

  • Asset management
