Job Summary:

The Content & Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Braincube content strategy and elevating our brand voice. They will develop and execute content initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, achieve our wider marketing goals, and position Braincube as a leader on the market.

Your responsibilities will be : 

  • Content Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing and business objectives.

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive roll out plan for the content strategy execution.

    • Conduct market research to understand target market and audiences and inform content creation.

    • Create clear editorial guidelines for consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

    • Manage and maintain an editorial calendar for all content initiatives.

    • Maintain balance between lead generation and thought leadership content in the content strategy.

  • Content Creation:

    • Lead the creation of high-quality content for various marketing campaigns (acquisition and brand awareness).

    • Develop content by persona and by vertical for full coverage of Braincube presence in the market.

    • Execute editorial calendar with on-time delivery from ideation to final designed product.

    • Create content that converts via inbound marketing content (white papers, case studies, articles, etc.) in alignment with strategic campaign needs.

    • Manage freelance design work and budget.

    • Research SEO landscape to support content strategy and content creation.

    • Stay updated with industry trends in the manufacturing and industrial space to build thought leadership content thematics around trends and inform acquisition campaigns.

  • Content Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales) to align content with brand and marketing goals.

    • Provide content support for Product Marketing assets.

    • Manage the content creation process, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and maintaining quality control.

    • Oversee the email content creation, collaborating with other marketing team members for execution.

    • Collaborate on sales enablement content and product-forward assets.

    • Follow and document workflows in Pardot and WordPress including Landing Pages, Forms, and Email Build for articles, gated/ungated content.

    • Provide support for Partner Marketing content creation.

  • Content Performance:

    • Track and analyze content performance using SEO best practices.

    • Generate reports on content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Brand:

    • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.

    • Develop, manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

    • Conduct market research in terms of brand and content best practices for staying up to date with trends.

    • Own designer relationship and general look and feel of content.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.

  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.

  • B2B SaaS writing experience preferred.

  • Account-Based Marketing experience preferred.

  • WordPress experience preferred.

  • Pardot experience preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 6 years of content marketing management experience is preferred.
