Are you ready to shape the future of consumer loyalty through innovation and engagement? As the Loyalty Specialist, you'll act as the product owner of our loyalty platforms across portfolio. Focus of the role is developing the platforms using gamification, unique benefits and engaging content to deliver exceptional experiences.

The main scope is to further drive consumer loyalty across our New Generation brands as well as to continue the ongoing digitalization of the brand. Next to keeping consumers engaged and building the brand through this key channel, the Loyalty Specialist will also be in charge of growing the platform and driving the respective KPIs.

What you will be accountable for:

  • Day-to-day management of the CE loyalty platforms via CMS (updates, errors, mechanics, tickets etc.)
  • Creating new content/activities with the agency and other stakeholders in the activation and brand teams within CE loyalty programs.
  • Supporting loyalty CE executives in creating innovations and enhancements, develop and implement mechanics and strategies to drive engagement rates and increase members onboarding.
  • Contributing to 360-degree activation strategy, making sure all relevant activities are also incorporated into the program.
  • You work closely with external agencies and internal departments.
  • You will also create presentations, analyse, measure performance and research on current challenges.
  • You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team.

Knowlegde, Skills & Experience:

  • University degree with focus on Marketing.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in Marketing functions within a multinational FMCG company incl. a strong affinity towards brands and digital marketing.
  • Great communication skills and flexibility, high level of resilience and independency.
  • Effective communication, presentation and networking skills combined with the interest and capability to establish new solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of ways of working, thereby leveraging technology where relevant.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and guide (“can-do-mindset”), digital savvy.
  • Thinking outside the established ways of working to solve challenges.
  • Good analytical understanding, organizational strength, communication skills and proactiveness.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Czech language proficiency and fluent in English.
