Your role will be to lo lead in alignment with Global / Regional objectives and stakeholders the E2E Supply Chain for a Cluster of end markets (Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary) within the Central Europe Area and driving optimized supply & demand considering Operations and EM Commercial objectives by ensuring a future fit ready for regulation B2B / B2C supply chain, embedding new BAU capability to drive SC efficiency and effectiveness.

You will have direct impact on the organization as active member of Cluster Leadership Team, driving and influencing business decisions to facilitate an optimal outcome for Operations and Commercial function. Participating in the development of Supply Chain capabilities and maturity. Providing direction, development and coaching to the teams to ensure a talented diverse Supply Chain organization that is aligned and synchronized with CBU plans.

BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Validate cluster end market’s long-term demand forecast view and provide input on all supply relevant topics into cluster and area SOP forums.
  • Manage escalations and resolve supply related issues across functions and with the support of regional SNO.
  • Be accountable for managing Primary and Secondary Supply Chain in the cluster of markets (primary logistics in Hungary for 3 production sites and secondary logistics across the 3 end markets in the cluster)- ensure stock management and delivery in line with the cluster Cycle Plan and agreed set of KPIs, with the clear focus on minimizing disruption to business.
  • Ensure a risk sensing process is embedded to enable the early identification of risks and suitable mitigation plans.
  • Be accountable for logistics operation budget and 3PL management, implement logistics best practices and improvement initiatives to drive down cost to serve.
  • Ensure inventory costs aligned to working capital targets, lead working capital reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure the cluster Supply Chain is ready for regulation.
  • Ensure compliance to global standards, policies and platforms to ensure risk mitigation / audit compliance.
  • Conduct necessary benchmarking reviews vs best practice operations (internal or external). Leverage the results to ensure the supply chain is optimized (Cost, Cash & Service) and future fit.
  • Drive regular loss analysis and look for opportunities to reduce non-criminal loss exposure across primary and secondary supply chain.
  • Play an active role in the Supply chain maturity journey - identifying gaps and deploying of UCT / IWS processes and capabilities, including active support of the Pecs factory journey towards Phase 2 certification.
  • Actively participate in the Area SC digitalization agenda and processes (Kinaxis, Power BI Dashboard, Reporting) enabling access to near real time data, fast decision making, Issue RCA.

Experience Required

  • Min. 3 years’ middle management experience in CPG Supply Chain, ideally multi discipline e.g. Logistics and Planning.
  • High level of ‘best practice’ knowledge is required within the business of supply chain.
  • Proven business change management competence.
  • Exposure to diverse cultures and working environments.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Strong breadth / depth of Supply Chain knowledge (concepts and principles) across multiple disciplines: e.g. Planning, NPI, Logistics, Production, IWS.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing change across multiple stakeholder groups successfully.
  • Experienced influencing skills: ability to influence business partners as well as the ability to be bold if required.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • A passion and drive for the development of people, processes, capability.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop talent.
