The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing the company's CRM systems to improve customer relationships, streamline processes, and drive growth. This role involves implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the CRM platform supports business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM software, customer analytics, and be detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
  • Configure and customize CRM systems based on business needs and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors on improvements or bug fixes.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute CRM-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them to increase engagement and ROI.
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Liaise between departments such as sales, marketing, customer support, and IT to ensure alignment on CRM initiatives.
  • Train staff on CRM best practices and new functionalities of the system.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Marketing Cloud certificate is a big advantage.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation.
