We are searching for new member of our finance team to help Chief accountant with the accounting agenda within the Czech Cluster to be in line with local GAAP / IFRS.
You will also be an effective support to Chief accountant in tax, treasury, audit and other financial matters.

Your responsibilities:

• assist the Chief accountant to manage the accounts in accordance with local GAAP / IFRS, and in line with all tax, audit and other statutory requirements
• assist the Chief accountant with accounts reconciliations / accounts clearings
• vendors creation in SAP - assist the rest of the organization in vendor creation process
• assisting the rest of organization in PO creation and PO management
• creation of e-flow request for different type of postings
• maintenance of master data in SAP
• assist the Chief accountant to ensure BAT CZ complies with relevant internal procedures and guidelines
• propose improvements to accounting & work procedures
• develop and maintain close contact with finance peers within the Czech Cluster
• act as a finance support towards the rest of the organization (e.g. T&E)

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• good knowledge of local GAAP
• fluent Czech language, advanced English
• knowledge of MS Office
• analytical skills
• eager to learn and progress in accounting field
• good communication skills
