The purpose of this role is to ensure top class quality of permanent materials and tailor-made solutions at point of sale in order to fight strong competition in tobacco business. All this to be achieved within time, budget and quality via cooperation with external suppliers, agencies and internal Field Force.

Business Accountabilites:

  • Propose, develop, deploy and maintain tailor made solutions in cooperation with external suppliers and agencies.
  • Develop permanent primary and secondary non-campaign POP materials on regular basis – varied presenters and stands in cash zone/hot spots.
  • Independent POP development based on feedback from Field Force, Brand manuals and LEX regulations.
  • POP is developed for all types of outlets – flagship stores, specialized stores/kiosks, convenience stores, grocery stores, gas stations and others.
  • Responsibility for the implementation of permanent OOH communication both in independent stores.
  • Respect budget dedicated to permanent POP platform and negotiate best prices for external supplier services together with procurement manager. Always have at least three offers to compare.
  • Each POP that is placed on the market is automatically part of the POP catalog, which contains all the POPs used, including its specifications.
  • Remote control management in an ever-growing number of independent stores.
  • Monitor, report and evaluate current POP platform via Share of Voice indicator and bring recommendation for next years.
  • Secure effective communication with Field force and external suppliers in order to keep point of sales at the best possible quality. Use of the efficient system for reporting and recording requests for service, repairs and installation of POPs.
  • Manage external suppliers dedicated for maintenance and remote control as well as budget dedicated for their services with focus on meeting deadlines, quality and budget limitation.
  • Purchase order creation for several services dedicated to maintenance and POSM creation. Contract supplier evidence and management.
  • Intensive cooperation with a Field force with a systematic and proactive communication and especially feedback sharing regarding anything reported by sales reps.
  • Automation of orders for standardized POP and service material using a sophisticated system that monitors the status of several warehouses.
  • Monitor and evaluate current status of the presentation of our brands and products in stores, based on which recommendations to Field force are given to achieve and maintain perfect execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Marketing and/or similar roles or another FMCG organization/agency can be beneficial.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage & organize multiple activities.
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery.
  • Proactive approach – independency & willingness to learn.
  • English & Czech/ Slovak fluent.
  • Creativity & inventiveness.
  • PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • In-store furniture, tailor-made solutions and POP materials are developed and deployed in highest possible standard and within budget and time.
