Are you passionate about making complex systems user-friendly? At Bühler, our Navigator software is at the heart of creating technical and commercial quotations for building plants worldwide. We’re looking for a Technical Configurator Specialist to ensure Navigator is always smart, efficient, and up-to-date.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Develop & Manage: Create and manage configurators for our machines, both locally and globally.

  • Innovate: Design state-of-the-art configurators for new machines.

  • Maintain: Keep our existing configurators up-to-date and efficient.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Product Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quotation teams.

  • Train & Support: Train teams on new and updated configurators, provide data evaluations, resolve issues promptly, and share best practices.

  • Super User: Step in to support teams as a Super User when needed.


Požadavky na pozici

What should you already know/have?

  • Technical education in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of SQL programming.

  • Understanding of manufacturing principles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused with good judgment and decision-making abilities.

  • Bonus points for commercial education, experience as a configurator builder, and knowledge of SAP/PLC, Windchill (training provided for internal systems).
