Dashdoc, rapidly expanding since its creation in 2018, has already attracted over 1,000 clients. Our mission? To revolutionize transportation by digitalizing and decarbonizing it. To propel our growth in the industry, we are looking for a HUNTER / CONSULTANT profile, a true sales expert, to join our team in Paris to develop the German Market.

Based in Paris we’re looking for German high-potential sales ready to tackle a new challenge and make Dashdoc the leading TMS in Germany.

Your Missions ⭐️

  • Identify, approach, and effectively convert 20-100 trucks German companies in the industry using a targeted sales and marketing strategy. Sign 140k€ of new ARR in the first year.

  • Listen to and convince high-level interlocutors (CEOs, Logistics Directors, Supply Chain Directors, Transport Directors, etc.).

  • Ensure the complete sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).

  • Conduct commercial presentations and/or product demonstrations in visio but also on site based on the specific needs of the interlocutor.

  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction in Germany

You’re German !

You have the soul of a hunter:

  • You already have a successful sales experience of at least 2 years in B2B

  • You know how to negotiate with high-level interlocutors

  • You are passionate about hunting and building strong, lasting commercial relationships. You are persistent!

  • You are motivated by achieving and exceeding your goals. You want to grow and develop your skills quickly!

You are curious and open-minded:

  • The road freight transport market is fascinating, as are its players!

You are attentive and a good listener to your interlocutors

You are enthusiastic, proactive, and a source of proposals in the projects you undertake

You have a driving license (B): the position is based in Paris but you will need to travel for meetings in Germany

You share the CAPS values: Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed

You are bilingual in English and German, French also is an asset for this position
