Your area of work:

Clearstream Fund Services (CFS) IT Section builds, maintains and operates a portfolio of applications which provide Clearstream clients state of the art solutions to standardise fund processing, and to increase efficiency and safety in the investment funds sector. Our global funds processing platform Vestima allows for reaching all types of funds, from mutual funds to ETFs and hedge funds.

Your responsibilities:

As a System Analyst for Investment Funds Services IT, you will have to study the impact of changes in the Investment Funds Services IT landscape. You will be required to:

• Provide analysis within set deadlines for one of our projects, analysing existing services and designing new features, related to Investment Funds such as Order routing, Settlement, Fund Transfer, Regulatory Reporting, Billing, Position/Movement and their associated reference data
• Find, elicit, and write functional requirements including UserStory JIRAs
• Working in international multi-location environment. Interact with Business Analyst and Dev Teams
• Support Business Analysts at the beginning of projects in order to define the impacts of business needs on IT side
• Analysis of business requirements and preparing documentation and/or Story JIRAs for the development team
• Collaborate on the design of CFS applications from the functional and also user interface point of view
• Work as a SCRUM master on one of CFS application’s development teams (optional)

Your profile:

• University degree (or equivalent) ideally in a computer-based discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in functional analysis and/or development
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with banking/ IT analyses
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and modelling tools
• Good knowledge of SQL and able to understand Java code if needed
• Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment
• Jira knowledge is required
• Good team player with excellent communications skills
• Experience in SCRUM agile development is a plus
• Fluent in English
