What will be your position in our team?

In your new position as a Student in Employer Branding, you will have the opportunity to manage various exciting EB projects and initiatives. While supporting our local team in Prague, you will also work together with our global HR team. You will be preparing and managing local events and contribute to both the internal and external promotion of the company.

What will your working days look like?

• • Event creation and management including internal and external events (Job Fairs, CSR events, etc.) 
  • Data management for talent attraction and retention purposes
  • Creation and coordination of our branding materials 
  • Management of our future internship project
  • Supporting the local internal communication online on all communication channels and offline by aligning the office promotion
  • Managing our job boards and landing pages 
  • Supporting Recruitment by aligning job postings and our onboarding strategy

You are a good fit if you have…

• • Current enrollment at a university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters (study focus in the field of marketing, business administration, management)
  • Strong interest in employer branding and HR marketing topics including data management
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Czech and English
