Your area of work

As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Group Automation team within the Corporate IT department significantly in the areas of project management & administration and assist in the planning and monitoring of projects.

 

Your responsibilities:

• You will assist in the planning and monitoring of projects 
• You will gain interesting insights of practical experience in project management 
• Furthermore, you will support the team by maintaining and updating the project portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking of project status, timelines, and deliverables 
• You will take responsibility for JIRA project portfolio management
• You will also be developing and maintaining project status reports
• In this role you will be assisting the Project Manager and Head of Unit with the Group Automation team

Your profile:

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters, preferably in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You also have strong organizational and time management skills
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of Project Management in IT
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
