Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. The delivery will not work without extensive infrastructure and this infrastructure also includes thousands of Windows Servers for which you would be responsible for:

• Second/third level day-to-day operation support related to Windows Server security and Privileged Access Management solution (PAM),
• Investigate and resolve incidents, identify and manage problems,
• Cooperation with other IT support teams and specialists This will mainly be Windows platform and Information Security teams but may be extended to much wider audience,
• Work actively on the compliance of the Windows Server estate against our Security standard model. This includes identification of the configuration needed, alignment with all relevant stakeholders and driving the implementation of new configuration throughout the thousands of Windows servers we are responsible for,
• Work with PAM vendor and our support partner to implement new changes, use cases, configurations on the PAM solution,
• Configurations and technologies associated with authentication, authorization, logging & auditing.

Hi, my name is Zbynek Erneker and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2017, when I took a role as Manager of Desktop Operations team. Gaining more experience with business services and operating systems has always fascinated me, so I moved to the architecture team for desktop services in couple years time. Since Security is even more exciting area nowadays, I moved last year into more Manager of Windows Server Security role. Together with the strong support of a diverse team, I have been growing up continuously in my understanding of security and we are working on our common ambition – technology in a secure way.
