We are seeking for and experienced Product Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of privacy-focused products, specifically around cookie consent management and data privacy tools. You will play a key role in driving our privacy strategy, collaborating across teams (technical, legal, UX/UI, and compliance), and ensuring the seamless execution of privacy-related initiatives.

- Product Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for cookie consent tools, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
- Develop Privacy Policies: Create and implement comprehensive privacy policies and procedures aligned with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Consent Management: Oversee the implementation and management of cookie consent banners, ensuring user preferences are respected and recorded accurately.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and update privacy practices to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving privacy laws and regulations.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct or coordinate regular privacy risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, software developers, DPO, marketing, and other relevant teams to align privacy practices with overall business goals.
- Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for employees on data protection and privacy best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of privacy policies, consent management processes, and compliance measures.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
- Experience in privacy management, cookies consent management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations and their impact on web cookies and consent management.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in privacy practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to privacy and consent management; and think strategically and be opened to new ideas.
- Striving to reduce or eliminate manual and repetitive tasks using automation.
- Professional certifications in data privacy or compliance are a plus.
- Familiarity with privacy management tools and platforms (e.g., OneTrust) is a plus.
