As the Lead Flow Sales for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward in the European market. With a deep understanding of both traditional finance and the crypto landscape, you will lead a team of Flow Sales to provide exceptional service to our clients and be responsible for the EMEA book of clients. You will be the primary point of contact between our clients and our trading desk, ensuring smooth operations and addressing client needs in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires deep knowledge of liquidity provision solutions, and a strategic approach to lead our team, coupled with strong leadership abilities.

Requirements

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the EMEA region, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction, this includes large traditional finance players, token issuers, banks or companies that have their own cryptocurrency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Coordinate closely with the trading desk to manage client requests, build relationship and grow existing book.
  • Work closely across desks and regions, including Business Development, Trading desk (OTC and liquidity provision), Legal, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets to support clients across Flowdesk products.
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to provide comprehensive coverage and support for our clients across the EMEA region, including driving upsell and new Business.
  • Oversee client data requests and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all client-related documentation and insights.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process for the EMEA region.

Background and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of crypto markets and related financial products.
  • 4-6 years of experience in traditional finance, within Capital Markets ideally.
  • Proven experience in building client relationship in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
