We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Distribution & Marketing team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of the Generali Group brand strategy across 9 countries in the CEE Region, ensuring a consistent and customer-centric approach. We are looking for a person with a strong focus on digital marketing and customer experience, capable of enhancing engagement through innovative and data-driven strategies. This position has no direct subordinates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Ensure alignment with Generali Group’s Lifetime Partner ambition by delivering personalized products, digitally enhanced advisory, and a superior customer experience.

    Customer Experience: Oversee key customer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across digital and physical channels.

    *
    Research & Insights: Coordinate brand research and customer satisfaction surveys, translating insights into actionable strategies.

    *
    Digital Transformation: Support the development and deployment of digital tools (customer portals, apps, CRM, advisory tools) to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.

    Value Proposition: Collaborate with product teams to integrate customer needs into product features and service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

*
Experience: 5-10 years in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.

*
Language Skills: Fluent in English (daily use required, reporting to an international manager).

*
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, including: CRM platforms (Salesforce), A/B testing and audience segmentation, media budgeting and campaign management (ATL & BTL), SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing.

Software Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Personal Attributes: Strong customer focus and CX mindset, excellent communication and networking skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, curiosity, proactivity, and adaptability.
