The Sales Team at Jus Mundi comprises over 15 people from different countries and cultures, united by a common goal of powering global justice and transforming the legal industry with cutting-edge AI solutions. We work with top-tier law firms, corporates, governments and universities in over 80 countries, from Chile to Japan and from Norway to South Africa. 💙
The Europe /UK Sales team is currently composed of 6 people: 5 account executives or managers, working with the Head of Sales, located in Paris.
📌 The Role: Sales Assistant & SDR
Europe/UK is our main markets since our creation in 2019. We count among our clients 60% of top 20 Europe/UK law firms, including AO Shearman, Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Freshfields, Clyde & Co… as well as government departments. Our market is also global, with a large portfolio in the US and APAC. We partner with the most prominent arbitral institution worldwide.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant/SDR to help Account Managers handle their leads and portfolio. As a team we are growing fast and there are opportunities to evolve within the sales department according to your ambition.
📌 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Assistant & SDR, you will be in charge of helping Accounts Executives/Managers handle their prospects & clients portfolio:
Handling inbound leads and booking calls.
Helping with sales tasks and processes: sales communication or mails, researching, and mapping accounts activating/modifying accounts, checking the product usage, helping to elaborate quotes, sending invoices, checking payments.
Assisting in tracking and updating prospects/customers’ information and activities in Salesforce.
Helping with the coordination with other services: Care, Marketing, Finance,..
Provide an answer to prospects and clients in the absence of the Account Managers.
You have experience in BtoB sales assistance or are willing to work in such an environment,
You are also autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and interested in artificial intelligence and technology,
If you’re not yet used to CRMs, excel, and other sales tools, you’re eager to learn,
Your English is perfect, and you like being in an international environment.
You have excellent communication skills and selling soft skills: good listener, perseverance, caring, enthusiastic, hard worker, organized,
No need to say, you like helping people, teamwork, and being part of a global project,
Handling clients is second nature, both internal and external clients,
