We are looking for a junior reinforcement to join our 5-month project. During this time, you will gain insights into Learning & Development matters and learn how the CEE team operates within a large company. The position will be based in Prague, Czechia.

Job description:

• coordination of regional Audit Training courses, ensuring that all sessions are scheduled, organized, and executed efficiently
• support a colleague in Prague and Poland with various tasks related to audit training and development
• answer regional queries to the CEE Region related to audit courses, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
• develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and other resources to support the audit training programs
• monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
• coordinate with external trainers and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions
• other tasks supporting the CEE People Team, including administrative duties, project support, and collaboration on various initiatives

We require:

• university degree (bachelor’s degree sufficient)
• fluent/native knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
• interest in learning & development processes
• IT advanced, including MS – Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. (knowledge of SAP Success Factors an advantage)
• problem solving and decision-making
• ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• proactivity and good organization of work
• critical thinking and creativity
• ability to create clear communication
• accountability and willingness to learn
