The RoleWe’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-driven Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key member of our product design team, you'll shape the future of Cafeyn's user experience across platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Product Design, you are entrusted with the responsibility of understanding both user needs and business objectives, and translating them into designs that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. You’ll work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create experiences that delight our users and make staying informed easier than ever. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our products not only look great but also deliver value and align with our business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform your designs and iterate on existing features.

• Understand and incorporate user needs and business objectives into your designs

• Participate in the design process for new features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Carry out the product design phase: create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly solutions across all platforms.

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across the Cafeyn ecosystem, ensuring our brand values are reflected in every interaction.

• Engage in product orientation, holistic experience design, prototyping, and user testing to validate and refine your design ideas.

• Combine your expertise in both visual and interaction design to craft interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and functional

• Document and share a continuous Discovery process, to better understand our users

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to drive the product vision and create innovative features.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in digital platforms or consumer applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, with an emphasis on solving complex design challenges.

• Proficiency in design tools, mostly Figma

• Ability to turn insights from research into impactful product features.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• A passion for storytelling and making information engaging and accessible.

• Excellent communication skills—you can present your ideas clearly and inspire your team.
