We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team. This junior role is perfect for someone eager to learn about sales and grow within the organization. You will evaluate leads to ensure they fit our client profile, manage the sales cycle for valuable opportunities that are not prioritized by Regional Sales and Account Managers, and help acquire leads from underserved geolocations or projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and advance into a Regional Sales or Account Manager role in the future.
Initiate contact with potential leads (both inbound and outbound) to gather necessary information.
Evaluate leads' requirements, budget, authority, and timeline to determine their compatibility with our ideal client profile.
Assist in prioritizing leads for the sales team.
Active usage of company’s CRM system to keep pipeline of leads up to date
Support the sales team during negotiation process (preparing offers, materials for potential clients).
Support leads in their decision-making process by nurturing them for future purchasing opportunities.
Manage the entire sales process for smaller deals, from negotiation to closing.
Develop a portfolio of small clients in areas where local representatives lack capacity.
Identify prospects in both betting and non-betting sectors in markets where our presence is not yet fully established.
Discovery of new market opportunities based on internal and external sources.
Search for new partners in the markets, following trends of expansion plans.
Fill gaps in market coverage by targeting geographies and projects that are currently underserved.
Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within the digital product industry.
Experience in lead generation and qualification is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
English on a professional level.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients and various internal departments
A results-oriented mindset with a drive to surpass targets and foster business growth.
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus for efficient job performance.
