Position Summary

Your role is to lead and implement the innovation strategy for new beauty categories to contribute to continued growth for the brand. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new product launches, packaging, pricing & sizing strategy to address US market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a successful 3-year innovation plan for new beauty categories
  • Develop and manage your product portfolio (renovations, packaging, pricing, sizing, accessories…)
  • Conduct extensive market research of the US market to decode consumer insights, identify trends and propose strategies
  • Oversee concept development: incorporation of scientific, professional, and consumer insights to create meaningful and innovative product positioning, in alignment with business needs and brand equity
  • Oversee end-to-end project launches (insights, concept, formula, packaging, artwork, claims, launch strategy)
  • Partner with R&D to identify the best technologies and formulas
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operational teams to ensure product feasibility, cost of goods alignment, and appropriate development timelines
  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand Marketing optimal assets for launch
  • Present key projects to senior management
  • Promote the company’s mission and values

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of related business experience in global marketing in the face make up industry. Other experiences in the lip make up industry and fragrance industry are a plus.
  • You have experience in or exposure to US market
  • You are able to work efficiently and collaboratively across functions
  • Experience working on new product or renovations through their life cycle
  • You have a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy or equivalent
  • Presentation skills: ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive presentations
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently
  • You are based in Paris and are fluent in French and English
