Integrated in the team dedicated to IT business processes applications (ITSM/HR, Finance/legal, Sales, Marketing etc.), you will have the following missions on the existing application portfolio:  

• Manage contractual negotiations with IT vendors 
• Maintain Application inventory, 
• Manage day-to-day User/Role assignments, 
• Re-shape Roles Matrix and Segregation of Duties with key-users, 
• Control periodically (sanity checks) as part of Financial audits, 
• Formalize day-to-day procedures (“How-To”) in collaboration with all the teams concerned by the app 
• Manage incidents from end-users (either resolve or escalate), 
• When applicable, manage enhancement requests: prioritize with Business, follow-up implementation, test and follow defects, organize deployment and communication, 
• Involvement on security matters may go beyond this scope and include Salesforce / SAP. 

Qualifications we’re looking for.     

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in international environment   
• Business experience (non-IT, for instance Finance, Sales or Purchase Administration) would be appreciated 
• Worked on ITSM Applications to track incidents and requests 
• Languages : English fluent
