As a Product Manager & Fraud SME at Threatmark, your primary mission is to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge fraud prevention capabilities. You will act as a crucial link between our innovative, technology-driven product development team and the evolving needs of our market and clients. Your role is pivotal in shaping the direction, strategy, and development of our products, ensuring they not only meet but exceed market demands, align with Threatmark’s commitment to quality, security, and data protection, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities
As a Product Manager & Fraud SME, your core responsibilities will include:
Market Analysis & Strategy Development
Conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Developing and executing product strategies that align with Threatmark’s vision and market opportunities.
Fraud Detection & Prevention
Staying up-to-date with the latest online fraud trends, techniques, and regulatory requirements.
Designing features and strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Prioritizing product features and capabilities based on their value, impact, and strategic importance.
Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to inform future development.
Conducting post-release evaluations to ensure the product meets initial goals and market expectations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborating with engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless product lifecycle from conception to launch.
Leading product release plans and setting clear expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
Stakeholder Management
Effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment on product progress, milestones, and challenges.
Gathering and integrating feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to refine product strategy continually.
Must Have:
Proven experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, fintech, or similarly high-stakes tech industries.
Strong understanding of fraud schemes, techniques, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively across teams.
A technical background and a solid understanding of software development processes and principles.
