The Mobility Experience team has started a new program based in Europe's main driver support & activation centers - the Greenlight Hubs - to help drivers make the transition to an electric vehicle through education, discussion & presenting the options available to make the switch. We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated individual to join our team to help lead this programme on the ground.

Job Overview:

This new program has been launched at the Paris, Lisbon and Madrid Greenlight Hubs to support drivers in transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs). This initiative is part of our broader sustainability efforts and is designed to educate, guide, and facilitate the switch to EVs for our drivers.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior team lead to lead the EV transition team and program referred to as GreenUp. In this strategic role, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of the program within the GL, driving its success through meticulous planning, optimization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the GreenUp program at Uber's Greenlight Hubs.
• Support and guide drivers in switching to electric vehicles.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of EV experts.
• Collaborate with Uber's internal teams and external partners.
• Use data to make decisions, improve processes, and meet sustainability goals.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Environmental Studies, Engineering).
• 1+ years of experience in operations management, program management, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the mobility, automotive, or sustainability industries.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, renewable energy, and sustainability practices.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and complex logistics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to think strategically while managing the details of day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and project management software.
• Fluent in French

• Experience working in the electric vehicle industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of the transportation sector and regulatory landscape.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Environmental Management) is a plus.
• Notions in Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus.
