About this role
With amazing new projects and features come changes ! Yubo have recently reorganized its Tech department and a new BackEnd Delivery Team emerged. This team will focus on the development of new features, innovation in terms of safety and the support of our product team.
To succeed in this change we are looking for a new manager for the team, who will be responsible for the continuation of our expertise and who will foster a culture of collaboration.

As one of our technical managers, you will oversee and ensure timely delivery of backend features and safety needs to meet business goals.As the manager of the Delivery Team, you will lead the hiring and onboarding of new profiles to support team expansion and capability enhancement.While managing the team and ensuring its success, you will implement and monitor metrics such as velocity, delivery time, and feature quality to drive continuous improvement.You will foster a culture of collaboration and alignment with stakeholders, including the BackEnd Core Team, Product Team, Safety Team and other tech departments.You will oversee and prioritize tooling initiatives that streamline internal processes and improve the overall efficiency of company internal teams.Tools we use
