Join Accenture's Human Resources team as a Human Resources Practitioner, where you'll tackle complex challenges at the intersection of business and people. You'll work with diverse individuals to deliver human-centered insights and solutions at speed and scale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of Human Resources Partners to align with business needs and talent strategies.
  • Provide coaching, learning, and career guidance.
  • Support key escalations and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
  • Connect with Practice Leaders to understand business strategy and coach our people.
  • Manage human resources metrics and deliver insights to business leads.
  • Provide leadership coaching and guidance.
  • Drive commitment to inclusion & diversity and wellbeing across the organization.
  • Monitor employee engagement and support strategic people programs.
  • Develop talent strategy in collaboration with Talent Strategist and Business Leadership.
  • Manage key human resources processes, such as performance management.
  • Collaborate with other human resources teams on inclusion & diversity, employee experience, and learning/up-skilling.
  • Assist in managing complex work efforts and provide coaching to leaders.

Preferred experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in strategic human resources management and business partnering.
  • In-depth understanding of human resources best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement human resources strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Initiative and drive to move human resources projects forward.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
