The position

Job description

🎯 Your mission :

As a member of the HR People Ops Team, you will be responsible for managing all daily actions related to payroll, administration, and legal matters concerning our employees at Agicap, ensuring flawless execution and seamless service.

👉 Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare all employee-related documents throughout their lifecycle (offers, contracts, addendums) in France.

  • Maintain personal files and update employee data in our HRIS system.

  • Monitor employees’ leaves and absences.

  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check management), when needed.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employment verification requests, escalating issues to other team members as appropriate.

  • Process employee changes and terminations, including generating documents (contracts, addendums, letters), notifications, and updating HR systems.

  • Coordinate payroll for employees in France by entering data into our payroll system and reviewing monthly payslips.

  • Oversee payroll operations with our payroll providers in France, ensuring data integrity.

  • Collaborate closely with other People teams and HRBPs to execute HR operational processes, with a focus on employee experience and data accuracy.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, using HR systems to automate and reduce manual tasks where possible.

  • Document, maintain, and communicate key HR processes within the HR team.

  • Work with the broader People team (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development, etc.) and other departments.

  • Participate in system testing related to new programs, systems, or process rollouts.

  • Create HR dashboards and follow-up indicators.

  • Analyze social data and recommend areas for improvement.


Preferred experience

  • Experience in payroll management and personnel administration.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.

  • Practical experience with payroll tools and HR software.

  • Strong knowledge of French labor legislation.

  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of confidentiality.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented with a strong service mentality.

  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
