Job description

🚀 The position

In concrete terms, you will be taking over from Benoit in this area. You will report directly to our Head of Talent Development. This is a Swiss Army knife position, very transversal and versatile due to the diversity of the missions and the scope.

💪 Your tasks

You have three responsibilities: the deployment of WorkRamp (our LMS), the coordination of training translation and training expertise.

Deployment of WorkRamp. We have started the deployment of WorkRamp for our internal training courses but we now need to scale up. You will need to:

  • Know all the features of WorkRamp like the back of your hand and be up to date with the latest updates, to train Agicapians who create training on WorkRamp and create training content on it,
  • Ensure that the data in WorkRamp is constantly updated (creation of user profiles, changes to their access, etc.),
  • In coordination with the rest of the Talent Development team, ensure that the training courses in WorkRamp are always up to date,
  • Create new training courses in WorkRamp or help the rest of the team to create them.

Coordination of the translation of training courses. We are currently present in 5 different countries. It is key to the development of the teams’ skills that they have training content in their native language. You will therefore have to :

  • Build a team and a process for the translation of training courses - this team may rely on freelancers,
  • Prioritize the training courses to be translated, in coordination with the rest of the team, and then ensure delivery of the translations.

Training expertise. We need to make a qualitative leap in our internal training courses to increase their memorability. We therefore need someone who knows how the brain works to make our training courses easier to remember. If you don’t have the knowledge and experience, you must at least have an interest in the subject. You will therefore have to :

  • Educate the Talent Development team and the training designers on how to be a trainer and coach, to help them achieve better results,
  • You will need to be aware of and keep up to date with learning and assessment methods.

Preferred experience

  • You are a graduate of a business or engineering school,
  • You have between 0 and 3 years of XP, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or startup or in training/coaching or in consulting,
  • Ideally, you have already worked on the deployment of WorkRamp or an LMS and have already created training courses on it,
  • You have developed strong project management skills,
  • You are organized and rigorous,
  • You are curious, creative and a quick learner,
  • You are at ease in a constantly changing environment, often chaotic due to the growth of the company,
  • You are native or perfectly bilingual in French and English.
