Allegro DVT France has implemented a remote work charter, allowing employees to work remotely for two days per week with flexible scheduling. To request remote working days, employees can use the HRIS tool for approval. This allows for hybrid team meetings, where remote workers can join via video conference and others can attend in person. A few meetings may require all team members to be present in the office. Additionally, remote work is also practiced by our teams in Belfast.
