The European sustainability market is experiencing rapid growth, supported by major EU regulatory tailwinds (CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy) as well as real pressure from clients, employees and investors for businesses to be more sustainable.
Apiday is entering its next phase of rapid growth as the leading next-gen sustainability software platform, and is looking for highly-motivated and talented account executives to drive enterprise as well as private capital sales (PE, LP, VC). There is considerable overlap in the enterprise and private capital vertical from a sales perspective and we may not require specialisation depending on your profile.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Engage enterprise and/or private capital leads (C-suite) through discovery, demos and closing to meet your target
Be a credible advisor and subject matter expert to prospects
Input on our sales strategy and support building a scalable sales engine
We have several SDRs as well as a strong inbound platform to support lead generation, but you will be required to also build your own pipeline
Occasionally attend conferences across Europe
Provide market feedback to the product team to continually advance our platform
You have at least 3 years of experience in SaaS B2B, complex sales within fast-growing tech companies, with prior exposure to all stages of the sales process, including prospecting
Track record of closing deals with C-suite executives at European enterprises, with preference given to targeting financial services
You have strong analytical and operational skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
Are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, are straight to the point and looking for a dynamic environment where things move fast
You are passionate about your field of expertise, want to take on responsibilities and have an interest in sustainability
The majority of the team is in Paris, while we are open to remote roles, we have a preference for Paris-based candidates
