Your mission as an Event Project Manager

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Event Project Manager to support the implementation of our sales & marketing strategy through external, and online events.

As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating events such as customer parties, trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc. in France and abroad.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing lead, and working closely with the Sales team, your main tasks will be to :

  • Plan and organize external and digital events in line with set objectives and allocated budgets.

  • Source and contract with various suppliers such as stand designers, printers, caterers, logisticians, digital platforms, etc.

  • Coordinate and support the teams involved in the event, both staff and service providers.

  • Work with Com and Marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and success of the event, in terms of number of participants or visitors, and for digital events, in terms of conversion and engagement rates.

  • Manage registration and logistics for event participants, including invitations, accommodation and transportation.

  • Analyze the results and ROI of each event and monitor the budget.

  • Be present at events for set-up, welcoming and dismantling.


Preferred experience

  • Experience: A first successful professional experience in event planing and project management.
    Experience in Climate or Sustainability startup/scale-up is a strong plus.

  • Graduated in Marketing, Communication, Event management, or other relevant fields.

  • Knowledge of project management tools/software, and Microsoft Office

  • Great communicator (clarity, energy) and negotiation skills

  • Rigor in budget tracking, and great attention to details

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, solve quickly problems.

  • Highly collaborative

  • Interest for Climate Change and ESG/CSR topics.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside.
