CAMPUS BARRIÈRE was created in 2019 with the aim of creating an organisation to centralise the group's many initiatives that play a part in skills management. Focused both on expertise and interpersonal skills, Campus Barrière makes the fulfilment of Barrière's employees a key priority to encourage their commitment and productivity, and to free their potential and creativity. That translates into a varied training catalogue, regular guidance, internal mobility month and even online conferences about relevant topics.
