Job description

As Global Internal Communication Senior Manager, you will be part of the Global Marketing & Communication Department, directly reporting to the Global Corporate Communication Director. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the internal communications strategy for Believe. This role ensures that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals, values, and initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other company’s departments to create and deliver effective communication programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategy development - Contribute to define and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports the organization’s goals and objectives and whose initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

 

2.Internal communication plan - Define, structure, and deploy annual internal communication plan & initiatives, aligned with the company's strategic, business and organizational projects and in collaboration with other company’s departments (HR, CSR, Business, Product & Tech, Legal, IR relationship…) to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.

 

3.Content creation & Management - Create, curate, and manage engaging content & consistent messages for various internal communication channels (including intranet, Teams, newsletters, screens, internal events, presentations…) that will ensure a broad shared understanding of the company's strategy, news and culture, and contribute to People’s engagement.

 

4.Tools & Processes - Develop and lead internal communication systems, tools/solutions and processes at global and country levels to ensure smooth information flow and messages’ consistency.

 

5.Communities - Manage internal networks and communities to ensure effective close communication with employees and managers and promote the sharing of information and best practices.

 

6.Employer Branding - Work closely with Corporate Communication Director, HR team, and the Senior Business Performance Manager (in charge of new employee acquisition and candidate journey) on employer brand issues, to develop a sense of pride in belonging and strengthen Believe’s image among candidates & employees.

 

7.Crisis Communication – In close liaison with Global Corporate Communication Director, serve as a key point of contact for internal crisis communication and develop and implement crisis communication plans to address and manage internal communication during emergencies or critical situations.

 

8.Feedback and Measurement - Establish mechanisms to gather employee feedback and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts. Analyze communication metrics and use insights to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics.

 

9.Budget – Effectively manage internal communication budget to ensure resources are allocated strategically.


Preferred experience

1. Education – Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.  

2. Experience - a minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communications or related roles, ideally including experience within a mid-cap company or similar environment. 

3. Leadership & Agility - Ability to demonstrate leadership and work autonomously in a matrix operating and international environment. Used to working in highly dynamic environments, requiring great agility. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

4. Strategic Thinking, Excellence in Delivery - Ability to think critically and develop internal communication strategy aligned align with company’s organizational and business objectives. Looking for excellence when delivering the internal communication initiatives. 

5. Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences. 

6. Relationship & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal company leaders and teams, to ensure alignment and relationship building. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 

7. Change Management: Experience in driving effective internal communication during periods of organizational change or growth. 

8. Digital Savvy & Innovative: Familiarity with digital communication platforms, communication analytics and emerging trends in internal communication. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative internal communication proposals.
