Within the HR Department in an international environment and reporting to the VP C&B, you will be supporting the C&B team on different topics on the following areas:
MISSIONS
Develop and implement global compensation policies aligned with company’s business objectives, market trends and pay equity goals.
Responsible for overseeing salary structures, incentives programs and annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus calculations.
Lead salary and compensation benchmarking and market surveys, compile and analyse national statistics, market forecasts and trends.
Provide insight and ad-hoc analysis (specific reporting or projects);
Be organization Workday (HRIS) key partner: responsible for maintaining accurate compensation, benefits, and other reward data in the system.
Partner with internal HR development team and communication team to ensure reward programs are effectively communicated through regions and entities.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar role
Strong capacity to analyse, understand and interpret data.
Strong sense of ethic and confidentiality.
Structure and rigorous approach.
Understand payroll and financial processes.
Ability to communicate technical matters in simple words and to recommend concrete action plans to HR community and management.
Team and collaborative mindset.
Technical Skills
MS Office - Advanced level of Excel
Fluent in English
Workday knowledge would be appreciated.
