The position

Job description

Within the HR Department in an international environment and reporting to the VP C&B, you will be supporting the C&B team on different topics on the following areas: 

MISSIONS 

  • Develop and implement global compensation policies aligned with company’s business objectives, market trends and pay equity goals.  

  • Responsible for overseeing salary structures, incentives programs and annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus calculations.  

  • Lead salary and compensation benchmarking and market surveys, compile and analyse national statistics, market forecasts and trends.  

  • Provide insight and ad-hoc analysis (specific reporting or projects);  

  • Be organization Workday (HRIS) key partner: responsible for maintaining accurate compensation, benefits, and other reward data in the system. 

  • Partner with internal HR development team and communication team to ensure reward programs are effectively communicated through regions and entities.

Preferred experience

  •  Master’s degree in HR, 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar role  

  • Strong capacity to analyse, understand and interpret data. 

  • Strong sense of ethic and confidentiality.  

  • Structure and rigorous approach. 

  • Understand payroll and financial processes.  

  • Ability to communicate technical matters in simple words and to recommend concrete action plans to HR community and management. 

  • Team and collaborative mindset.  

Technical Skills 

  • MS Office - Advanced level of Excel  

  • Fluent in English 

  • Workday knowledge would be appreciated.
