Throughout their experience at BTI-Advisory, employees are offered individual and collective training sessions aimed at developing their skills. The company provides comprehensive support through regular professional interviews, allowing for the establishment of a personalized training plan based on each employee's needs and desires. These training sessions are available online or in-person, offering a wide range of options for employees' professional development.

After some experience in a consulting firm, Varun started BTI-Advisory at the age of 27 with the desire to have a lasting impact on society.
He very quickly understood that this ambition required to move towards entrepreneurship as well as the creation of a framework to federate a whole collective around it.
Having little experience in consulting, his initial intuitions, the risks he took and his first collaborators allowed him to build the foundations of BTI-Advisory and to offer support throughout the entire value chain of an IT product with teams committed to common values.
Varun is convinced that a project like BTI-Advisory can never develop on its own. For this reason, he naturally adopted an organisational model that encourages the expression of initiatives and autonomy to bring them to life. The addition of two partners and the strong growth of BTI - Advisory confirm a growing influence with the clients.
Durant 7 ans, Sébastien a évolué dans une grande société en tant que Responsable de Centre de services, chef de projet transverse. Il a par la suite été 3 ans Directeur de l’offre Agile dans un cabinet de consulting.
Il a rejoint l’équipe BTI-Advisory en 2020 car il y voyait déjà un potentiel énorme et qu’il partage les valeurs de l’entreprise.
Sa mission est de porter la vision stratégique de l’entreprise tout en s’assurant de l’épanouissement des collaborateurs.
Boubou had the opportunity to apply her skills and develop her knowledge in project management, IT development, marketing and digital communication.
Her academic background led her to start a career as Project Management Assistant. She has had the opportunity to carry out a digitisation project on her own and from start to finish.
After 5 years as a Project Management Assistant Consultant, Boubou wanted to join a team in which she would find her personal values. She then decided to join BTI-Advisory in 2019, which, in her view, places people at the heart of its priorities, offering each member the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of society by sharing knowledge and information daily. Boubou adds that she enjoys working in a team where cohesion prevails, especially with the managers.
Après 3 ans en tant qu’UX designer freelance, Yemsel intègre une grande entreprise de l’automobile pour concevoir le parcours utilisateur et les maquettes des fonctionnalités de l’interface embarquée. En 2020, il prend un tournant en créant son entreprise de service de ménage à domicile.
Il rejoint l’équipe BTI-Advisory fin 2021 en tant que consultant senior UX designer dans le pôle Expérience Utilisateur dont il est maintenant manager.
Mésange a exercé en tant qu’Ingénieur Qualité Sécurité – Environnement pendant 5 ans. Il avait à sa charge la gestion des risques et la mise en place des systèmes de management.
Une envie de renouveau et de changement l’a poussé à se tourner vers le domaine de l’informatique, secteur où l’innovation est au rendez-vous et en perpétuelles mutations.
Il fut le premier collaborateur de BTI-Advisory. S’il a rejoint le navire, c’est d’abord, pour relever le défi de bâtir quelque chose à partir de rien. Aujourd’hui, il est reconnaissant d’avoir intégré cette entreprise qu’il considère comme une petite famille et où il fait bon travailler.
Flavie has always wanted to work with people. Conscientious by nature, it was only logical that she turned to studies in Human Resources.
After completing a DUT in Business and Administrative Management, a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree specialising in Employment Law, Flavie joined a major transport company. She was in charge of Social Relations and led the dialogue with the major agencies.
She joined the BTI-Advisory team in June 2020 for a brand new challenge. What appealed to her was to work in a human-sized company where she can really make a difference and make her contribution. She is now in charge of major HR decisions and is responsible for regulations. Her leitmotiv: performance and well-being.
Avec 12 années d'expérience dans le domaine des données et 7 années à piloter des projets et des équipes (Onshore et/ou Offshore) dans ce domaine, Renaud a développé une expertise pointue sur les outils et les enjeux métiers liés aux données. En 2019, il a rejoint BTI-Advisory en tant que Directeur du pôle data, faisant de cette entité un moteur pour aider nos clients à exploiter la valeur de leurs données.
Ses principaux atouts sont son sens du relationnel et sa compréhension approfondie du business, qui lui permettent d'accompagner efficacement nos clients dans leurs projets.
Passionnée par le marketing et le product management, Alix a débuté son parcours professionnel en occupant des postes de cheffe de produits. Avec l'avènement de la digitalisation dans ce domaine, elle a ressenti le besoin de se réorienter.
Depuis cinq ans, elle exerce en tant que Product Owner, un rôle qui se trouve être la jonction entre les besoins métier et le développement du produit.
