ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Commercial & Trade Marketing Assistant who will closely work with our Sell-Out Manager & Business Development Manager. As a member of our amazing commercial team, your role will be to maximize brand visibility to reach our sales targets. You will be collaborating with the internal teams (Sell-Out Manager; Area Manager; Marketing; PR and Training) to develop and execute the local trade marketing strategy across your designated regions within our own channels and in partnership with our retailers and distributors. In this role you will have an overview of all the different sales channels: wholesale; retail; e-retail and distributors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Local trade marketing strategy:
Develop with the Sell-Out Manager the local trade marketing plan based on the global brand strategy, adapting it to local strategies’ constraints.
Collaborate with the internal teams and external partners to deploy product launches strategy on all touch points: from PR & Influence; to in-store (Retail & Wholesales) animation, as well as in our E-retail channels.
Be a key asset and contribute to the brand visibility.
Follow launches from start to finish and analyze their performance.
Clients communications
Create monthly newsletters for our regional wholesale clients & business partners.
Ensure clients & key partners have all product information and assets in due time.
Develop and update order forms to ensure they accurately reflect all reference updates and new product launches.
Business & Sales Analysis
Collect monthly sell-out figures and deliver a monthly analysis.
Create a post launch analysis collecting qualitative and quantitative data.
Prepare ad-hoc sales analysis for key presentations.
Training and Administration
Assist the Sales team in the organization of internal and external educational meetings and seminars.
Support the planning and logistical coordination of local activations, including pop-ups, in-store events, and seminars.
Assist in registering new products to comply with regulations and information systems.
Prepare retailer meeting presentations, templates and update files in shared files.
Retail assistance one day a week
Punctually support the retail team in advising clients (mostly international) to reach sales targets, working on all product categories including the Byproduct one.
Punctually contribute to the maximization of the store’s KPIs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER
You are a Bachelor or Master student in a Business School or University, looking for an internship starting January 2025, for 6 months.
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university.
You ideally have a first experience in the Beauty and/or Luxury industry, in Sales or Marketing.
You are fluent in both French and English.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excell & PowerPoint).
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO
You have a good overall business understanding with an interest in the beauty industry.
You have dual interests in both Sales and Marketing: you have strong analytical skills, are comfortable with numbers, and interested in in-store operations.
Your interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this internship.
