🎯 Your role and missions   

You will assist and support the Finance team by processing invoices and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Processing purchase invoices,
• Helping to resolve supplier queries,
• Managing the administration of the ordering system,
• Creating new suppliers and associated call back procedures,
• Helping to process Theatrical invoices,
• Issuing invoices to Digital and TV customers,
• Credit control ensuring prompt payment to customers,
• Collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets.
• Basic reconciliation of balance sheets,
• Various tasks related to cash management,
• Ensure correct VAT coding is used on transactions,
• Helping the team to create financial reports (month-end and year-end) on a regular basis.

Description du profil :

🏆 And what about you ? 

• You have an excellent level in English. 
• You have experience in finance environment or finance knowledge through study.
• You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact well with a variety of work groups. 
• You are self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. 
• You can handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 
• You ideally have experience with SAP and/or Purchase Order systems.
