I am Nolwenn, Head of Relationship Management at Carbon4 Finance. I joined the team in November 2017, we were then 5 analysts. Today, we are 25, the team has grown, with more varied profiles. We have increased our skills a lot. I started my career as an analyst, my missions consisted of carrying out carbon analyses of different companies, in various sectors of activity. In 2018, I was offered the responsibility of a sector, so I was able to specialize and get more involved in the methodological aspects. Then in 2019, I moved up to the rank of Senior Analyst. I gradually came into contact with clients. Finally, since 2022, my time is 100% dedicated to customer relations.
What I liked was the strong team spirit within the Carbone 4 group, with a young, very dynamic team, the fact that we all share the same values and convictions, and the prospects for rapid development within a fast-growing structure.
Training
The career path of team members is part of an initial and ongoing training process. When they join the team, they are first trained over several weeks in the job of carbon analyst, as well as in biodiversity and physical risk issues. Each member is also made aware of the challenges of our three areas (Data, Knowledge, Commercial) At the same time, members can take part in Group C4 training courses: training in carbon assessment, regulations, transition and adaptation risks. Analysts are also trained throughout the year on the different sectors we analyze. As they specialize, analysts are supported in their technical and operational skills.

There is no shortage of opportunities for exchange and relaxation within the Carbone 4 group: breakfasts to introduce new arrivals, afterworks, cultural or sports outings, etc. The entire team meets several times a year for green seminars, and every month for a monthly seminar.
