We are now expanding our team and looking for a colleague who will enrich us with his already gained experience in the position of Solution Analyst.

As a Solution Analyst in our team, you will play a crucial role in our company's Agile transformation regional program. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and designing & implementing those solutions to help drive our transformation efforts.

This role covers following activities

• Work closely with various business units to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Analyze and model relevant scenarios to identify optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams (such as IT and Operations) to implement these solutions in a manner that is efficient and scalable.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed next steps.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Analyst
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Great communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the insurance industry would be beneficial.

Must have tools:

• UML modeling (EA preferable), GitLab, experience in Microservice architecture
