As Senior Key Account Manager, you will lead key partnerships relations and contribute to commercial efforts for the Summit:
Negotiate and close partnership deals, event packages and various offerings with existing partners;
Raise awareness and actively engage partners with the summit’s charter and editorial vision. The summit challenges conventional event practices through measures such as eco-friendly production, a sustainable food charter, minimalistic branding, and an emphasis on content and action-driven initiatives. These efforts aim to prevent greenwashing and other practices that could conflict with the summit’s core values and overarching vision.
Work collaboratively with the ChangeNOW teams (Solutions, Speakers, Communication…) to ensure objectives are being met in line with the partners’ and ChangeNOW’s expectations before, during and after the summit;
Support the partners in the whole preparation process of their presence at the summit (speaking slots, communication, logistic,…) and build long-lasting partnerships
Initiate and develop new and long-lasting corporate partnerships, while managing key relationships at every level;
You will also be involved in engaging our partners in new, thematic events, depending on ChangeNOW’s development strategy.
Successful and significant experience in the event industry, as key account management, partnership management, business development, or sponsorship
Experience in interacting regularly with the corporate world
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior professionals;
Resourcefulness, availability, and a readiness to handle operational tasks as needed, both before and during the summit, to ensure partner satisfaction
Rigorous and attention to details;
Strong interest and familiarity with environmental and social change. Drive and motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
Native French, fluent in English
