The position

Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The candidate will be responsible for leading our automation initiatives in Western European Region, implementing innovative solutions across various departments, while driving process improvements in coordination with BPM team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Automation Strategy & Plan :

Develop and execute a comprehensive automation plan for WER aligned with organizational goals and countries specific situations.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation across different business functions.

Process Optimization:

In coordination with head of Business Process Management for WER, join process optimization efforts to streamlining workflows tools and other automation solutions, in the goal of improving efficiency overall.

Ensure coherent roadmaps of automation projects with the roadmap of BPM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Performance Metrics and Steering :

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation initiatives (before/after)

Regularly report on the impact of automation efforts to stakeholders.

Technology Implementation:

Evaluate, select, and implement simple automation technologies and tools.

Oversee complex implementations with IT counterparts

Oversee the integration of automation solutions into existing systems and processes.

Report efficiency gains before and after automation implementation

Collaboration :

Collaborate with internal stakeholders : Business Process Manager peers in WER, WER Functions and Countries, Business Technology teams and Global Operations teams

Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.


Preferred experience

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of implementing successful automation initiatives (of medium complexity)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Sharepoint, Power BI) and medium knowledge of RPA technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Strong leadership and project management skills Experience in Credit Insurance is a plus
