Overview
Our amazing team is composed of about thirty people (and more to come) located in different offices in New York, Paris, Lille, Nairobi and Singapore.
Different profiles can be found at Creadev: cross-functional (communication, human resources, legal, financial control) but also investors who are divided into three sectors: sustainable consumption, health and food.
Throughout the year, we welcome talented interns to strengthen our teams around the world.

The Food Team
Led by Michel de Rovira (yes yes, THE Michel from Michel & Augustin), our Food team is constantly looking for gems in AgTech, FoodTech, aquaculture and plant-based products, but also Consumer Food and Services. In the last 12 months, the team has invested +€105M in 6 new companies and generated more than 660 new hires within our food companies.

The Healthcare team
At its head: Yohann Gbahoué, the surfer of Creadev. His investment targets? 4 themes to help talented entrepreneurs to build quality health solutions for the many of people and which puts people at the center :
- Prevention: moving from curative to preventive care for vulnerable people
- Optimization of the healthcare offer: producing more care with existing resources
- Health Innovation: B2B companies that help develop strong innovations
- Digital health: a key lever that has not yet been deployed in healthcare
Over the last 12 months, the Healthcare team has invested more than €90m in 5 companies.

The Sustainable Consumption team
This is the team that takes care of our planet. Led by Nicolas Hennon, founder of Acts & Facts, they look at any investment that meets the 5Rs: recycle, reuse, repair, regenerate and redistribute. Among their investments: Recommerce, Selency...

The Cross-functional team includes all back office functions: human resources, financial control, communication & marketing, office management, legal...
Although the missions vary greatly from one job to another, everyone works to maintain the standards and policies of our company in order to facilitate the work of our front office teams.

The Africa team
The Africa team is located in Nairobi. Over the past 12 months, it has invested in both food (Twiga Foods) and health (Rocket Health). The team aims to improve the lives of Africans by also looking at companies in the education sector such as SPARK Schools.
