Critizr provides a SaaS solution which enables retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of their business, starting from their local teams. Today, thousands of retail professionals use Critizr to understand and engage in conversations with their local customers across all channels. 

Our primary investors, including 83North, have an impressive track record of investment including companies like AirBnB, DropBox, Zendesk, LinkedIn, Mirakl, JustEat, Facebook. We currently employ over 80 people, and our team has been doubling year over year. 

We are looking for an energetic and motivated product marketing professional to join our marketing team, in Paris as a Product Marketing Associate. 

This represents an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about SaaS software, customer experience and is looking for a compelling challenge.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

In this role, you will:

- Support the go-to-market execution: market scoping, prioritisation of required capabilities,  test in-market, build collateral and launch new products/features in markets through alphas/betas, product positioning and messaging, launch strategy, and adoption plans

- Work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Growth Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop innovative product & marketing experiences that deepen our relationship with clients

- Monitor the competition. Help with the training of our sales team to position our solution in a manner that differentiates us by addressing the buyers’ needs and pain points

- Scope the market through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and structured qualitative feedback from businesses through direct engagement

- Drive product demand through the inclusion of our messaging, value proposition in demand generation campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing

- Articulate our product’s value proposition, features and benefits to our target audiences, in a way that persuasively explains how we address our buyers’ needs

- Support the product marketing team  in organizing various projects

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience

- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, product or sales roles

- 1+ years of experience in product marketing or consultancy (preferable)

- Demonstrated experience in rolling out SaaS products and features to multiple markets

Skills

- Collaboration: as a member of the Product Marketing team you will have to work with teams across the organisation. This will often include Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Success

- Excellent communication: You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy that tells the ‘story’ of products whilst being technically correct

- Research: Crucial to gaining insight into customers and market dynamics. Analysis of data, analyst research, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques

- Understanding of marketing strategy and how product marketing impacts campaigns

- A technical understanding of SaaS technologies and the ability to develop marketing assets that are technically correct

Education

Master’s degree or equivalent required: ideally a qualification in marketing, product marketing or product management

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented technology company

Customer-centric: you have the ability to put yourself in the customer/prospect/partner’s shoes and apply this empathy to continuously improve our messaging and the value of our products

Accustomed to working in an international environment, action-driven

Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines

Ability to maintain strong working relationships 

Collaborative team player combined with ability to work independently.

Sound and practical business judgment

Passion for making the difference, interested in our ability to have a social impact in the world of retail

Native  in French

Excellent written and verbal English
