The position

Job description

  • Conducting and Improving Takedown Operations - 60%. You will integrate the team that filters, analyzes and provides the reports to our customers to prevent threats. Upon request, we provide take down activities to our customers on our different modules (domain takedown, contacting third-parties etc.). 

    • You will be responsible for answering these requests, keep the customers informed of the takedown’s status, and perform all the actions needed to obtain a successful takedown (written communication, in English mostly).

    • Improving our takedown processes and success rate by finding better and more efficient ways to conduct a takedown, in a more R&D approach.

  • Support to the Analyst Team - 15%

    • Supporting the analyst teams’ daily activities (filtering, investigating, redacting reports, etc.) in case needed. 

    • Supporting the team to create and build different OSINT/Hacking/Technical challenges or any gamified challenge on technical cybersecurity tools.

  • Technical Project with the ReACT (REsearch and Analysis of Cyber Threats) Team - 20%

    • Authoring a technical threat note on a malware or a topic of your and the team’s choosing  

    • Following attackers infrastructures and gathering IOCs

  • Personal Project - 5%

    • The candidate will also have space for building his own project of choosing, if he/she wishes. Support can be provided for it in collaboration with different teams, example: Engineering teams, if needed.

Preferred experience

  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English & French.

  • Interest in Cybersecurity operations.

  • Education: undergraduate IT services, studying to become

  • 30’ call with your future manager Céline, Cyber Operations Manager, to discuss context and projects and to evaluate mission fit.

  • 60’ Business case with members of the CyberOps team to assess your technical expertise against past achievements.
