Overview :
Join our dynamic team and immerse yourself in a true entrepreneurial journey as you spearhead the launch of Dattak into new European markets beyond France. This position provides a rare opportunity to work closely with the executive team and play a pivotal role in our international growth.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Refine the analysis to identify the most promising markets.
Conduct interviews with local experts to enhance market understanding.
Develop and define the optimal go-to-market strategy and operational model.
Contribute to the business plan development and investment sizing.
Market Launch:
Lead the operational launch of Dattak in selected markets.
Secure partnerships with top brokers in cyber insurance in the new markets.
Team Management:
Recruit and manage a local team
Provide ongoing support and development for the team to ensure success.
Daily Operations:
Act as the main point of contact between local markets and HQ teams (Tech/Product, Insurance, Finance).
Qualifications:
Graduate from a top-tier school or university.
Experience in the insurance industry and international expansion project.
Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to understand market challenges and a company’s value proposition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Dynamic, analytical, autonomous, and rigorous.
Willingness to travel frequently for business.
