The position

Job description

  • Focus on creating, qualifying, and prospecting leads through phone, email, and social media.

  • Move leads through the sales pipeline from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, using lists you create or receive from marketing.

  • Qualify prospects based on the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeframe).

  • Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

  • Participate in account reviews and share your observations and insights.

  • Reach out to prospects and clients to ensure attendance at JustRelate events.

  • Take part in trade fairs and events organized or partnered by JustRelate.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.


Preferred experience

  • Fluency in professional French and English is required (minimum C1 proficiency level in both languages).

  • At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or Business Development position focused on B2B sales (experience in the SaaS sector preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including curiosity, adaptability, rationality, empathy, perseverance, and resilience, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • A strong interest in SaaS technologies, digital marketing, customer relations and business development.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
